Thayer Academy.
Braintree, Massachusetts. 2023 to present.
THAYER ACADEMY. Founded in 1877 in accordance to the will of General Sylvanus Thayer. "Father of the Military Academy", his contributions to education are far-reaching and still resonate today.
First Day of School. September 6, 2023.
I arrived to school with my parents in an Uber, more excited than nervous. I have the entire Middle School faculty, student body and all involved to thank for an incredibly easy transition. I have learned to recognize and be grateful for all the opportunities Thayer has since provided.
Middle School Revisit
I was still attending Fettes when we had to fly over from Edinburgh for school revisits, late March 2023. After the Middle School Tiger Visit and Welcome Program, I made the choice to attend Thayer right there and then. My best decision to date.
Fettes College.
Edinburgh, Scotland. 2019 - 2023.
FETTES COLLEGE. Commissioned by Sir William Fettes to create a school for young people after losing his son and only heir to typhoid. The school opened in 1870 to fifty-three students and now, in its modern iteration, has a new campus in Guangzhou, China.
First Day of School. September 2, 2019.
A week in Edinburgh turned into a four year educational journey. I was accepted to Fettes College in April 2019, proud of the achievement, knowing that it was hard-earned. I wasn't nervous but excited in anticipation of all the new possibilities I would be facing.
Award for Achievement in Music
The music program at Fettes College is one to be recognized and cherished. Every student is handed an opportunity to excel at an instrument. We were given support and opportunities to showcase our abilities, at every level, in different locations in and around Edinburgh.
Brighton College Bangkok.
Bangkok, Thailand. 2016 - 2019.
Brighton College. A Victorian public school that has maintained its reputation in the UK as a school of firsts, receiving countless awards. Since its first founding in 1845 by Reverend William Aldwin Soames, the school has grown immensely with campuses around the world.
First Day of School. September 18, 2016.
Brighton was my first "real" school and I was nervous. Though, like most experiences, I quickly learned that things are usually a lot more hectic in your mind than they are in actuality. Once settled, I started a journey that brought both educational and life long experiences.

Brighton College first opened in 2016 and my friends and I were recognized as its Founding Class. The importance of education was impressed upon us, as the school helped me build a solid foundation of reading, writing and understanding STEM courses.

IVY BOUND INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL. Opened in 2007, founded by a multi-generational Thai family steeped in education - all having graduated from Ivy League schools, each with multiple degrees.

Graduation
Ivy Bound International School was a modern school from Nursery through to the First Grade. Though it no longer exists, I remember it well, still keeping in touch with my classmates, even those who are now located overseas.
